Why Hiace is the default choice for Bandung rentals
The Toyota Hiace is the most common vehicle for private rentals in Bandung, and for good reason: it seats 14 comfortably, fits Indonesian roads and parking better than a full-size bus, and works for everything from an airport transfer to a multi-day tour. We run two Hiace classes:
- Hiace Commuter — 14 seats, our standard option for most bookings.
- Hiace Premio — 14 seats, a premium trim with extra comfort features, at a modestly higher price.
What's included in the price
Every Hiace rental with Alfathan includes fuel and driver — there's no separate driver fee to negotiate. See the full vehicle rental price list for current rates by route and duration. A few rules apply across every rental:
- In-city Bandung use (City Tour) is capped at 16 hours per day.
- Out-of-town trips are capped at 18 hours on the same day.
- Overtime beyond the included duration is billed hourly at 10% of the listed price.
- A 50% down payment locks in your date and vehicle.
