Rental Duration

• In-city Bandung use (City Tour) is 16 hours — e.g. starting at 05:00 means the vehicle must be back at the pickup point (hotel/villa) by 21:00 at the latest.
• Exception: Hiace Premio rentals are limited to 12 hours (shorter than the standard 16-hour city tour duration) at the same listed price — confirm your schedule fits this window before booking.
• Out-of-town use is a maximum of 18 hours on the same day — e.g. departing Bandung at 03:00 means maximum check-out at the destination is 18:00, arriving back in Bandung by 23:00 at the latest.
• Using the vehicle for less than the full duration does not reduce the price — one rental day is always charged in full regardless of actual hours used.
• Unused hours cannot be carried over to the next day.
• Overtime beyond the included duration is billed hourly at 10% of the listed website price per hour.

What the Price Includes / Excludes

• Included: fuel, driver (and crew/kernet for larger vehicles), and the vehicle unit itself.
• Every unit is rented with a driver only — self-drive (rental without a driver) is not available.
• Not included: toll fees, parking, tips, driver’s overnight meal/accommodation (for out-of-town overnight trips), attraction entrance tickets, and ferry/crossing fees.
• Listed prices are specific to pickup within Bandung city and may change at any time — confirm your exact quote via WhatsApp before booking.
• If the pickup or drop-off location differs from what was stated at booking, additional charges may apply.
• Driver/crew details are shared one day (H-1) before departure.

Conduct, Capacity & Liability

• Alfathan Tour and Transport reserves the right to decline a booking if a customer behaves rudely, abusively, or violently.
• A booking may be declined if the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s seating capacity.
• If an accident causes vehicle damage due to the driver’s fault (intentional or not), full responsibility lies with Alfathan Tour and Transport.
• Customers must inform us of any change to booking details — pickup/drop-off location, pickup time, or departure date.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

• Contact us via the WhatsApp number listed on the official website.
• Decide the vehicle type and seating capacity that fits your needs.
• Fill in the booking form or chat with our admin — departure date, time, and destination address — to get a full price confirmation.
• Our admin checks unit availability and pricing for your requested date.
• Once confirmed, a 50% down payment is required to lock in the date and vehicle.
• The 50% down payment is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled.
• The down payment can be refunded only if cancellation is confirmed at least 7 days (H-7) before departure; cancelling later forfeits the down payment.
• A forfeited down payment cannot be refunded as cash — it can only be applied as a down payment toward a future trip.
• Cancelling within 3 days (H-3) of departure incurs a full 100% charge.
