Hiace Rental in Jakarta & Soekarno-Hatta Airport Pickup

Alfathan is based in Bandung, and that's where our own fleet operates. For Hiace rental requests in Jakarta and the wider Jabodetabek area, we fulfill your booking through a verified partner network — drivers held to the same quality-control standard our management applies to every Alfathan driver. It's not our own vehicle showing up, but it is a driver and unit we've vetted, coordinated through Alfathan from booking to drop-off.

• Covers all of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) — except Serang, Banten and surrounding areas.
• Every partner driver is held to the same quality-control standard set by Alfathan's management for our own drivers — this is an active, applied policy, not just a promise.
• Booking and coordination stay with Alfathan directly — you deal with us, not the partner, from inquiry to drop-off.
• Fuel included; because pricing depends on the specific partner and route, we confirm your exact quote directly rather than publishing a fixed number.
• Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Tangerang) pickup is a common starting point for this service — useful when your group needs a Hiace for several days or a multi-stop itinerary, not just a one-way transfer.

Booking Terms & Conduct Policy

Rental Terms — Key Points

• City tour rentals run 16 hours (Hiace Premio: 12 hours); out-of-town trips up to 18 hours same-day. Full-day rate applies regardless of hours used, with overtime billed at 10%/hour.
• Price includes fuel, driver, and vehicle (no self-drive option); excludes toll, parking, tips, and attraction tickets. Listed prices are for pickup within Bandung — confirm your exact quote via WhatsApp.
• Alfathan may decline bookings for abusive behavior or over-capacity passenger counts, takes responsibility for driver-fault vehicle damage, and requires customers to report any changes to booking details.

How to Book

1. Contact us via the WhatsApp number listed on the official website.
2. Decide the vehicle type and seating capacity that fits your needs.
3. Fill in the booking form or chat with our admin — departure date, time, and destination address — to get a full price confirmation.
4. Our admin checks unit availability and pricing for your requested date.
5. Once confirmed, a 50% down payment is required to lock in the date and vehicle.
6. The 50% down payment is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled.
7. The down payment can be refunded only if cancellation is confirmed at least 7 days (H-7) before departure; cancelling later forfeits the down payment.
8. A forfeited down payment cannot be refunded as cash — it can only be applied as a down payment toward a future trip.
9. Cancelling within 3 days (H-3) of departure incurs a full 100% charge.

Who This Service Is For

• Family or group trips within Jabodetabek that need one vehicle for everyone, instead of coordinating several smaller cars.
• Corporate events — employee shuttle, gathering, or client visits within the Jakarta/Jabodetabek area.
• Group airport transfers, without booking multiple separate taxis or ride-hailing cars.
• Multi-day itineraries where one coordinated booking through Alfathan is simpler than dealing with the partner directly.

In short: our own fleet stays in Bandung, but for Jakarta/Jabodetabek we coordinate a verified partner driver held to the same quality standard — message us on WhatsApp with your pickup area and dates for an exact quote.
