- City tour rentals run 16 hours (Hiace Premio: 12 hours); out-of-town trips up to 18 hours same-day. Full-day rate applies regardless of hours used, with overtime billed at 10%/hour.
- Price includes fuel, driver, and vehicle (no self-drive option); excludes toll, parking, tips, and attraction tickets. Listed prices are for pickup within Bandung — confirm your exact quote via WhatsApp.
- Alfathan may decline bookings for abusive behavior or over-capacity passenger counts, takes responsibility for driver-fault vehicle damage, and requires customers to report any changes to booking details.

- The down payment can be refunded only if cancellation is confirmed at least 7 days (H-7) before departure; cancelling later forfeits the down payment.
- A forfeited down payment cannot be refunded as cash — it can only be applied as a down payment toward a future trip.
- Cancelling within 3 days (H-3) of departure incurs a full 100% charge.
