- City tour rentals run 16 hours (Hiace Premio: 12 hours); out-of-town trips up to 18 hours same-day. Full-day rate applies regardless of hours used, with overtime billed at 10%/hour.
- Price includes fuel, driver, and vehicle (no self-drive option); excludes toll, parking, tips, and attraction tickets. Listed prices are for pickup within Bandung — confirm your exact quote via WhatsApp.
- Alfathan may decline bookings for abusive behavior or over-capacity passenger counts, takes responsibility for driver-fault vehicle damage, and requires customers to report any changes to booking details.
How to Book a Hiace at Alfathan

Peak wet season (December-February) is best avoided for destinations like Tangkuban Perahu, since heavy fog can limit visibility.
