- City tour rentals run 16 hours (Hiace Premio: 12 hours); out-of-town trips up to 18 hours same-day. Full-day rate applies regardless of hours used, with overtime billed at 10%/hour.
- Price includes fuel, driver, and vehicle (no self-drive option); excludes toll, parking, tips, and attraction tickets. Listed prices are for pickup within Bandung — confirm your exact quote via WhatsApp.
- Alfathan may decline bookings for abusive behavior or over-capacity passenger counts, takes responsibility for driver-fault vehicle damage, and requires customers to report any changes to booking details.

One unit is always counted as a minimum of one full day (16 hours within the city / 18 hours out of town), regardless of how many hours are actually used — there's no hourly or half-day rental.

Let us know right away — changes to pickup/drop-off location, pickup time, or departure date must be communicated in advance. The 50% down payment is refundable if cancellation is confirmed at least 7 days (H-7) before departure; cancelling within 3 days (H-3) incurs a full 100% charge.
What is not included in the rental price?
